The location is great and staff generally friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was simple but pleasant enough with live piano playing to accompany the coffee.

The owner is a delightful man who loves to entertain the guests. He is very friendly as are all the staff. It is a quaint hotel full of charm about 80m from the main square and mannequin pi’s. Perfect!

Possibly the best location for the price in Brussels. It’s right in the middle of the action. Right beside the Grand Place, mins from the other main centre attractions. The owner is a nice and very kind man. Nice vibe and unusual decor.

Very quiet room in spite of the location next to Grand Place. Remarkable decoration, cannot leave indifferent, I actually liked it. Simple breakfast, but was fine for me. Friendly reception.

NOTHING!!! THEY HAVE BEDBUGS DO NOT GO THERE!! The hotel manager obviously knew that they had it but keeps welcoming quests anyway! And he was really rude screaming at us that we had brought them there which was absolutely not the case!!

The experience was unforgettable. I booked the hotel for two nights but was able to only stay one. I couldn’t sleep the night because of bedbugs - I was able to killed 20 and left them behind as proof… I have the pictures and videos and found other people posting similar pictures on google review - unfortunately I didn’t check google reviews before booking this hotel.
